I need my order now, can WiseCart speed up the delivery?

We understand the urgency of your request. While we cannot expedite the delivery process, please rest assured that we will deliver your order within the promised delivery lead time. In case of adjustments due to inclement weather, the shipment or delivery will be processed promptly once weather conditions improve, ensuring safety and minimizing delays.
Can I request for a delivery schedule?

Scheduling requests are not accommodated as the delivery of orders depends upon the courier’s schedule. If you are unsure of availability, please always have an authorized representative ready to pickup for your order or receive it on your behalf to ensure successful deliveries.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available as a payment option?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments to ensure the safety of both our clients and our couriers.
How do I know if my payment is successful?
